1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love RAiR Creative Labs. If you are not completely satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of purchasing a subscription plan, and have consumed less than 20% of your allocated transcription minutes, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account billing panel or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
3. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
